$125/per night (3 night minimum)

* For those staying longer than one week, cleaning/maid service will be provided weekly, and for a small fee we can arrange to have your laundry done.

Check-in time: 2 pm
Check-out time: 11 am

Note that when feasible, we will try to be flexible with arrival/departure times.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Advance reservations are required. To secure a reservation, a 50% security deposit needs to be paid via PayPal, which will be reimbursed to your account after your departure.

The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit payment has been made.

Full payment for your stay must be paid in cash upon arrival. For those staying longer term, one month's payment can be made at the beginning of each month.

In the event of a reservation being cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date, the deposit shall be refunded.

Should the reservation be cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.

Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for early departure.
