My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 days the week after Thanksgiving and loved this charming studio. I recommend it to anyone wanting to go sightseeing in Manhattan without having to pay for an expensive hotel.

Upon arriving they had a bottle of wine, some chocolates and a map of the local area on the table. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The owners live in the same building and made sure we had plenty of blankets and heat during the winter nights. They also gave us some pointers on local coffee shops and points of interest.

It's a 5 minute walk to the L train and a 15 minute ride into Manhattan without having to change trains. The neighborhood is safe, but with anywhere in the city you need to be cautious after 3am.

I was so blessed to stumble on this gem! It's a gorgeous and cozy studio and the hosts are a wonderful couple. I was so glad to get to rent from a family rather than give my money to a large hotel chain. I also loved being outside the city to get some decompressing time. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and having access to a computer with internet was great! I would highly recommend using this studio if you plan on visiting New York City. I never felt unsafe.
